Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor — Frankfurt

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and expand its Employment & Labor practice in the Frankfurt office. The role will focus on advising German and international clients on employment, labor and workforce matters, with significant cross-border work and coordination with other practice groups.

The successful candidate will be a senior, client-facing lawyer responsible for originating work, managing key client relationships, and mentoring a growing team. This is an opportunity to build market presence in Frankfurt and play a central role in shaping the local employment offering.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in employment & labor law with a demonstrable track record of client origination
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team and to work on cross-border matters with other practice groups
• Admission to practice in Germany or eligibility to be admitted
