Lateral Partner — Corporate, Frankfurt

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a corporate practice in Frankfurt, advising on cross-border M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance matters for German and international corporates and financial sponsors.

The role offers responsibility for business development and team leadership within an established international platform, with scope to shape practice strategy and deepen client relationships across Europe.

We are seeking a commercially minded partner with a strong track record of senior-led transactions and the ability to originate and manage high-value corporate workstreams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and cross-border transactions
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship management skills
• Fluency in English; German language capability strongly preferred
