The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, developing business, managing client relationships, and leading a team of associates and counsel across employment and benefits matters.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in labor & employment and employee benefits work
- Proven business-development record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
- Admitted to practice in Texas (or eligible) with strong courtroom and/or counseling experience
