Partner — Litigation & Employment (Boise)

Seeking a lateral partner to join and lead a litigation-focused practice with strong employment, healthcare and construction work in the Boise office. The role combines casework, client development and team leadership across commercial and professional-liability matters.

The successful candidate will handle trial and complex dispute work, develop new client relationships, and mentor associates while expanding the office s presence in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of handling commercial litigation, employment and professional-liability matters
• Demonstrated business-development ability and existing client relationships in the region
• Experience leading teams, mentoring associates and managing complex matters
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Idaho
