Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor / Litigation — Cincinnati

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor team in the Cincinnati office. The role combines lead-generation and client management with hands-on litigation and counseling work across workplace disputes and employment-related matters.

The successful candidate will help grow and supervise a team, take ownership of significant matters, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on complex employment and litigation issues. The role offers an opportunity to build a regional practice within an established platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in employment litigation and counseling
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Admission to practice in the relevant state and ability to work from the Cincinnati office
