Lateral Partner — Litigation, Employment & Healthcare (Cincinnati)

Established national law firm seeks a seasoned litigation partner to join its Cincinnati office to lead complex commercial, employment, healthcare and construction disputes. The role combines practice delivery, matter leadership and active client relationship management across multiple sectors.

The partner will manage and mentor a litigation team, work closely with cross-practice colleagues on client matters, and drive business development in the region. This is a hands-on role for an experienced trial and appellate advocate with strong client-facing skills.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in commercial litigation, employment/labor and healthcare or construction matters
• Significant trial and/or appellate experience and demonstrated case management skills
• Strong client development and referral generation abilities
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in Ohio
