Senior-level opening for an experienced employment and labor partner to join a national firm s Honolulu team. The role combines traditional labor and employment litigation work with counseling and preventive employment advice for regional and national employers.

The successful candidate will lead matter teams, develop business in the local market, and work closely with lawyers across the firm s U.S. platform. Strong courtroom and ADR experience in employment disputes is highly valued.

• Established track record of partner-level employment/labor litigation and client development
• Ability to manage and mentor associates and lead matter teams
