Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment, Honolulu

Seeking a partner to join a well-established national law practice in Honolulu, focusing on commercial litigation with a strong employment and healthcare component. The role will handle defense-side matters including professional liability and construction disputes, and will work with an experienced team on regional and national matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to grow and manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development and practice leadership in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Experienced partner with a strong track record in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters
• Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and courtroom presence
• Demonstrated client origination and business development skills
• Ability to manage and mentor associates and collaborate across practice groups
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
