Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow an established Employment & Labor practice in Minneapolis. The role combines courtroom and counseling work across labor, employment litigation, and related disputes for a broad client base.

The partner will manage a team of associates, develop client relationships, and take primary responsibility for business development and case strategy. The position offers an opportunity to shape practice priorities while working within a national platform.
