Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor Litigation — New Orleans

Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a busy employment and labor practice in the New Orleans office of a major US law firm. The role combines client-facing litigation work with firm leadership and business development responsibilities.

Successful candidates will manage case teams, handle contested employment matters through trial and appeal, and develop new client relationships across the region. This is a visible role with opportunities to shape practice strategy and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and litigation experience in employment and labor matters
• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development track record
• Ability to lead teams, supervise associates, and contribute to practice growth
