Partner — Litigation & Employment, New Orleans

Seeking an experienced litigation partner to lead and grow a busy practice focused on commercial litigation, labor & employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction-related disputes. The role involves managing significant client matters, supervising associates, and coordinating with cross-practice teams on complex defense work.

The partner will be client-facing, responsible for developing new business and maintaining high-quality litigation outcomes across state and federal courts. This is a leadership role within a national firm environment that provides established resources and a collaborative platform.

• Admission to the relevant state bar and strong courtroom/trial experience
• Proven track record in commercial litigation, employment law, professional liability, or healthcare-defense matters
• Demonstrated client development and rainmaking ability
• Experience managing and mentoring litigation teams
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
