Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor Litigation — Salt Lake City

Senior litigator sought to lead and grow an employment and labor litigation practice in the Salt Lake City office of a leading national firm. The role combines substantial courtroom experience with client-facing responsibilities and team leadership.

Responsibilities include managing high-stakes employment disputes, supervising associates, maintaining strong client relationships, and developing new business across private- and public-sector employers. The successful candidate will join a collegial litigation team with broad regional reach.

• Established track record in employment and labor litigation, including trial and appellate experience
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills
