Lateral Partner, Litigation — Salt Lake City

Leading litigation practice seeking a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City team. The role focuses on high-stakes commercial litigation and international arbitration matters for sophisticated corporate clients.

The successful candidate will help build and lead local litigation capabilities, contribute to case strategy at trial and arbitration, and work across offices on national and cross-border disputes.

• Established trial and international arbitration practice with partner-level experience
• Proven record of originating and developing client relationships
• Admissions to practice in Utah (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills; courtroom and arbitration advocacy experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
