Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor / Litigation — Wilmington

Experienced employment and labor partner sought to lead and grow a busy litigation practice from the Wilmington office of a leading US law firm. The role focuses on defense-side and counseling work across traditional employment litigation and labor matters for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for client development, case management and mentoring junior lawyers while collaborating with cross-office teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. This is an opportunity to join a broad platform with national reach and established litigation resources.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admitted to practice in Delaware (or eligible) with substantial employment litigation experience
• Proven track record of client origination and team leadership in labor & employment matters
