Leading litigation practice seeks a trial-focused partner to join its Wilmington team. The role is litigation-first, with responsibility for managing high-stakes commercial and international arbitration matters and leading courtroom and arbitration advocacy.

The successful candidate will join an established, national litigation platform and help grow regional capabilities while supervising teams and developing business. This is a senior, client-facing role with significant responsibility for case strategy, trial preparation, and client development.
