Seeking a lateral partner to join and grow an established Employment & Labor litigation practice in the Louisville office. The role is client-facing and focused on litigated employment matters across state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will run complex employment litigation, supervise associates, and collaborate with colleagues across practice groups. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in developing business and expanding the local practice footprint.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience handling employment litigation at trial and appellate levels
• Proven business development skills and ability to manage a team
