Lateral Partner, Litigation & Employment — Louisville

Leading national practice is seeking a partner to join its Louisville litigation group. The role focuses on commercial and professional liability litigation with substantial work in employment, healthcare-related disputes and construction defect matters.

The preferred candidate will take a front-line role on complex litigation matters, manage a team of associates, and work directly with regional clients across regulated industries. This is a practice-development role with responsibility for maintaining high-quality client service and expanding the local book of business.

• Significant litigation experience in commercial, employment and professional liability matters
• Proven leadership and team-management skills, including associate supervision
• Demonstrated business development track record and client origination
• Admission to the relevant state bar (or willingness to seek admission)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
