Senior litigation partner role for an established US firm seeking an experienced litigator to strengthen and grow its Manchester practice. The position will focus on commercial litigation, labor & employment disputes, healthcare-related matters, professional liability, and construction disputes.

The successful candidate will lead teams on high-stakes matters, drive client relationships, and originate new work across the listed practice areas. This is a leadership role requiring a proven track record in courtroom advocacy, client development, and cross-practice collaboration.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters
Track record of managing teams and leading significant case work, including trials or complex hearings
Demonstrable business development skills and ability to expand client relationships
Experience handling healthcare, professional liability, and/or construction disputes preferred
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
