Senior partner opportunity in Phoenix to lead and grow an employment and labor practice with a focus on executive compensation and employee benefits. The role will handle counseling, plan design and compliance, and related employment litigation and advisory matters for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will originate and deepen client relationships, work collaboratively with litigation and corporate teams, and help expand a regional practice platform. This opening offers a partner-level position with responsibility for business development, client management, and mentoring junior lawyers.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level experience in executive compensation, ERISA and employee benefits
  • Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
