Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor — Sacramento

Partner-level opening for an established Employment & Labor practice in Sacramento. The role has a strong focus on discrimination, wage & hour, and class action litigation, while also handling a broader employment caseload.

Lead and develop litigation matters, supervise associates, and manage client relationships. Significant responsibility for business development and cross-office collaboration within a national practice platform.

• Track record as a partner or senior leader in employment/labor litigation, including discrimination and wage & hour class actions
• Proven litigation and trial experience; ability to supervise teams and manage complex matters
• Strong business development capabilities and established client relationships
• Bar admission in California (or ability to admit) and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
