Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Sacramento litigation and labor & employment team. The role will focus on defending and advising employers and other commercial clients in employment disputes, professional liability matters, healthcare-related litigation, and construction disputes.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, manage and develop associate teams, and contribute to regional practice growth. Opportunity includes courtroom and pre-trial work, motion practice, and strategic counseling across regulated industries and corporate clients.

Significant partner-level experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters, including professional liability and healthcare-related disputes
Proven track record of client development and relationship management
Strong litigation skills: depositions, dispositive motions, hearings, and trials
Bar admission in California and ability to practice in relevant courts
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
