Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor

Senior employment and labor litigation partner opportunity in Missoula with a well-established national law firm. The role focuses on representing employers in complex employment disputes, counseling on workplace policies, and leading litigation matters in state and federal courts.

The team seeks a partner to develop and grow the regional practice, mentor associates, and work with cross‑office colleagues on multi‑jurisdictional matters. This is a rainmaking role with leadership responsibilities and significant client-facing work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in employment and labor litigation and client origination
• Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly
• Experience supervising associates and managing litigation teams
