Partner, Litigation & Employment — Missoula

Senior lateral role for an experienced trial lawyer to lead and grow a litigation and employment practice in the Missoula office. The role focuses on commercial and professional liability litigation, employment and labor disputes, healthcare-related matters, and construction litigation.

Ideal candidate will take lead on high-stakes cases, supervise associates, and collaborate with multi-office teams on regional matters. Strong client-facing skills and demonstrable business development experience are essential.

• Jurisdictional admission to practice in Montana and active good standing
• Extensive experience in commercial litigation, employment/labor disputes, professional liability, healthcare or construction matters
• Proven trial and motion practice skills with a track record of leading significant matters
• Demonstrated business development ability and experience mentoring junior lawyers
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
