Lateral Partner — Energy & Corporate, New York

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a cross‑practice energy platform in a major New York office. The role focuses on corporate work linked to energy and environmental matters, with an emphasis on renewables, private equity‑backed transactions and regulatory matters.

The team is open to candidates who can originate and lead mandates, build a practice group, and work across corporate and regulatory specialists. The role is opportunistic for candidates with a mix of energy/renewables, private equity and regulatory experience.

• Portable book of business of $6-8M+ (USD)
• Established, demonstrable client relationships and origination record in energy, renewables or related corporate/private equity work
• Proven track record leading teams or managing a practice group
• Strong experience with regulatory aspects of energy and environmental matters
