Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental, Dubai

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an established Energy & Environmental practice in Dubai. The role will combine deep sector expertise across energy projects and infrastructure with commercial advisory and regulatory work for regional and international clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and secure mandates, manage high-value transactions and disputes, and build a small team or practice bench locally. This role suits a market-facing partner with an established client base across energy, infrastructure and project work in the UAE and wider region.

• Established partner-level experience in energy, infrastructure or environmental matters, with a track record of leading complex cross-border mandates
• Proven ability to originate and convert new business and to manage senior client relationships in the Middle East
• Experience managing teams and developing junior lawyers in a commercial practice
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
