Lateral Partner, Energy & Environmental Litigation — Atlanta

Senior litigation partner sought to lead and expand an established energy and infrastructure disputes and regulatory practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on high-stakes litigation, regulatory defense, and counseling clients across energy, infrastructure and environmental matters.

The successful candidate will work across transactional, regulatory and compliance teams to provide integrated advice for corporate and project clients, supervise litigation teams, and develop new business. Strong courtroom experience and a track record of client development are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in energy, infrastructure or environmental litigation and regulatory matters
• Proven client-development record and ability to lead pitch and relationship efforts
• Established trial and motion practice, with experience supervising associates and junior partners
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to become admitted
