Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental — Salt Lake City

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an energy and environmental practice from the Salt Lake City office of a national law firm. The role focuses on counseling energy-sector clients on regulatory, permitting and environmental compliance matters, with emphasis on matters involving EPA-style regulatory frameworks.

The position combines client relationship development, originating work, and oversight of matter delivery by a team of associates and counsel. Candidates should be prepared to take a visible business-development role in the region and nationally within the energy sector.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental regulatory work, including permitting and compliance
• Proven business development and client-originating track record in the energy sector
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
