Partner — Corporate, Finance & Energy (Salt Lake City)

Senior transactional partner role to lead corporate, M&A and capital-markets matters with a sector focus on energy, including renewable-energy project development and oil & gas transactions. The role combines deal execution, project commercial work and financings for sponsors, developers and corporate clients.

This is a Salt Lake City–based leadership position with responsibility for originating business, supervising deal teams and expanding the practice in the region. The successful candidate will take a visible market role and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on complex, market-facing matters.
