We are seeking a senior energy practitioner to join a well-regarded Energy practice as a lateral partner in Houston. The role is focused on representing clients across the oil and gas sector, advising on energy transactions, projects, and related commercial and regulatory matters.

The position offers the opportunity to work with a sophisticated national platform while leading and expanding a Houston-based energy practice. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to develop client relationships and collaborate with a broad team of energy lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Significant experience representing clients in the energy sector, with an emphasis on oil and gas
Admission to the Texas bar (or eligibility to practice in Texas)
