Lateral Partner, Energy — Houston

Seeking a senior lateral partner to lead and grow a busy energy practice in Houston. The role combines client-facing work, matter leadership, and business development across transactional, regulatory and project matters in the energy sector.

The partner will manage and mentor a team, take primary responsibility for major engagements, and help drive practice strategy and origination in the region. Strong local market relationships and a proven track record in energy transactions and regulatory work are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admitted to practice in Texas (or able to obtain admission)
• Established track record of originating and leading energy matters (oil & gas, projects, midstream, or similar)
• Proven leadership and team management experience; strong client development skills
