Lateral Partner — Restructuring, Houston

Senior lateral hire sought to lead and grow a restructuring practice from the firm’s Houston office. The role will focus on advising corporate debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders on in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings, workouts and related financing matters.

The partner will join a multi-disciplinary team handling complex bankruptcy, distressed M&A and creditor-side matters. The position requires business development leadership, case management, and mentoring of more junior lawyers.

• Demonstrable track record leading complex restructurings and distressed financings
• Strong client relationships with lenders, creditors, or corporate borrowers and proven origination ability
