Senior lawyer opportunity with a well‑established Canadian firm seeking mid‑to‑senior partners to strengthen its Environmental and Litigation capabilities in Toronto. The role focuses on lawyers with proven practice strength in areas including private equity‑related matters, environmental regulatory work and white‑collar/commercial litigation.

The firm is prioritizing practice quality and technical ability over a large portable book; candidates with strong, active practices across financial services, real estate and commercial matters are of interest. There is flexibility on seniority and timing — the team is open to experienced partners nearing retirement as well as junior partners with a solid, fee‑earning practice. Service partners in select areas may also be considered.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in environmental, regulatory or commercial litigation matters
• Experience advising on matters connected to private equity, financial services or real estate is preferred
• Admission to the Ontario bar (or eligible for admission) and ability to practise in Toronto
• Client development skills and demonstrable practice management capability
