Senior litigation partner opportunity in Salt Lake City focused on healthcare disputes and technology-related business litigation. The role will handle matters such as False Claims Act defense, managed-care litigation, and bet-the-company technology disputes involving AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The successful candidate will join a national practice team, working with regional and cross-office colleagues to service healthcare and technology clients, develop regional business, and lead trial and complex discovery workstreams.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record of handling healthcare litigation (FCA, managed care) and technology-related commercial disputes
Extensive trial and motion practice experience and strong client-development skills
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain pro hac vice admission as needed
