Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Charlotte

Senior finance partner opportunity with a global law firm to lead and expand banking and finance work from the Charlotte office. The role involves originating and managing commercial lending, syndicated finance, and related banking matters, and advising corporate and financial institution clients across complex transactions.

The successful candidate will join an established team, contribute to business development, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross‑office colleagues on regional and national matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner‑level experience in banking and finance transactions
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practise in North Carolina
