Experienced banking and finance partner sought to join a well-established national firm’s Charlotte office. The role focuses on originating and leading commercial lending, syndicated finance and related banking matters for regional and national borrowers and lenders.

This is a hands-on partnership role with responsibility for business development, managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers. The team advises across the full range of lending products and finance transactions.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in banking & finance; proven track record advising on commercial lending and syndicated transactions
Strong origination and client-management skills with demonstrable business development success
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
