Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Charlotte

Experienced banking and finance partner sought to join a well-established national firm’s Charlotte office. The role focuses on originating and leading commercial lending, syndicated finance and related banking matters for regional and national borrowers and lenders.

This is a hands-on partnership role with responsibility for business development, managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers. The team advises across the full range of lending products and finance transactions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in banking & finance; proven track record advising on commercial lending and syndicated transactions
• Strong origination and client-management skills with demonstrable business development success
• Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
