Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking & Corporate — Munich

Leading hire for a finance and corporate partner role based in Munich. The team advises asset and investment managers and works on a mix of fund, regulatory and transactional matters across Germany and wider Europe.

This is an opportunity to join a market-leading practice, build a client base in the asset/investment management space, and take a visible role in originating and leading complex matters across funds and related finance workstreams.

• Proven partner-level experience in fund, asset management or investment management work
• Strong track record of leading cross-border corporate and finance transactions
• Qualified in Germany or equivalent EU qualification with right to practise in-country
• Fluent in German and English; excellent client-facing and business development skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
