Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking / Corporate — San Francisco

Opportunity for an experienced partner to join a busy finance and corporate practice in the firm's San Francisco office. The role will focus on leading complex finance and corporate matters for institutional and corporate clients across investment and asset-management sectors.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role on client engagement, business development and deal execution, collaborating with cross-office teams on transactions and ongoing client work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in finance and corporate transactions, with significant client relationships in investment/asset management
• Proven track record of originating and leading complex mandates and growing client revenue
• Active bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission
