Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate / Securities (Charlotte)

Senior hire sought to lead and grow transactional finance, corporate and securities matters from the firm's Charlotte office. The role will focus on originating and managing complex deals across private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions, working with a cross-practice team.

The successful candidate will join an established national firm platform, contribute to business development initiatives, and mentor a team of associates and counsel. This is a rainmaking partner role with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of originating and leading finance, corporate or securities transactions at partner level
• Strong client development and relationship-management skills in private equity, VC or capital-markets contexts
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and JD or equivalent degree
