Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking & Corporate — Washington, D.C.

Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to join a top-tier international law practice in Washington, D.C. The role sits at the intersection of finance and corporate work, with particular emphasis on asset and investment management matters.

You'll lead complex transactions, advise institutional clients and fund sponsors, and drive business origination while supervising and developing junior lawyers. The role offers broad exposure across investment management and related financing matters.

• Established partner with a strong track record in finance, investment management or corporate transactional work
• Demonstrable client origination and relationship management experience
• Excellent leadership and ability to manage and mentor fee-earners on multi-disciplinary teams
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (D.C. or transferable bar) and ability to work on U.S. matters
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
