Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking, Los Angeles

Senior finance partner opportunity with a major US law firm to join a busy Finance & Banking team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on private credit and syndicated lending work across institutional and direct-lending transactions.

The position is a client-facing leadership role: you will advise on structuring and documenting credit facilities, lead deal teams, and work closely with origination and investment-client counterparts. The firm offers national platform support while allowing partners to build and manage a West Coast practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record advising on private credit, lending or leveraged finance transactions
• Strong origination and client relationship skills; ability to lead deal teams and cross-office matters
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in California
