Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Los Angeles finance team with a focus on private credit and banking matters. The role combines client origination, deal execution and senior relationship management across lending transactions and credit strategies.

The successful candidate will lead and expand a commercial finance practice, coach and manage junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-office teams on complex credit structures and financing solutions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in private credit or commercial banking transactions
• Proven ability to originate and lead complex financing matters and manage client relationships
