Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Nashville

Leading law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Nashville focusing on structured finance and securitization. The role will involve originating and executing complex leveraged and structured finance transactions, advising lenders and issuers, and developing long‑term client relationships.

The partner will lead deal teams, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross‑office practice colleagues on national and regional matters. Strong business development skills and a proven track record in securitization and structured finance are essential.
