Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Nashville. The role focuses on providing high-level banking and finance advice to corporate and financial institution clients across a range of commercial lending and finance matters.

The successful candidate will join an established practice group and be expected to develop and lead client engagements, manage matters from pitch through closing, and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions and client management
• Proven business development skills and a track record of originating work
