Seeking a senior finance partner to lead and expand a Phoenix-based finance practice focused on leveraged and structured financings. The role combines high-level deal work with relationship development and team leadership.

The partner will advise borrowers and lenders on complex financings, manage cross-office transaction teams, and drive business development across the region. This is a client-facing leadership position with responsibility for growing revenue and mentoring associates.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in leveraged and structured finance transactions
• Proven business development skills and ability to originate client work
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
