Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a finance and banking practice from the Portland market. The role suits a deal-oriented partner who will originate work, manage key client relationships, and steer high-value financing matters across corporate and banking transactions.

The role operates on a location-agnostic basis with responsibilities for business development, team leadership, and mentoring more junior lawyers. Work will include cross-border and domestic financing matters and collaboration with a national/international network of lawyers.
