The successful candidate will advise borrowers, lenders and corporate clients on financing, capital markets and private equity/venture matters, take a visible business development role and mentor junior lawyers.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record in finance, corporate or securities transactions
- Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
- Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
