Partner, Finance & Banking — Raleigh

Senior banking partner role to lead and expand a private credit and finance practice from the firm s Raleigh office. The role focuses on originating and executing secured lending, structured financings and other private-credit transactions for institutional and corporate borrowers.

The successful candidate will join a national finance platform, working closely with deal teams across offices and contributing to business development and client relationship management. This is a partner-track lateral opportunity for an experienced banking lawyer seeking leadership and revenue responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial experience advising on private credit, syndicated and bilateral lending, and related documentation
• Proven origination and client-development track record at partner level
• Bar qualification and ability to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
