Leading Swiss office seeks a Lateral Partner to strengthen its Finance & Banking and Securities offering in Zurich. The role focuses on capital markets work and advising corporates and financial institutions on complex financing and securities matters.

The partner will be expected to originate and develop client relationships, lead transactions, and collaborate on cross-border mandates with other offices. This is an opportunity to shape a busy practice and mentor junior lawyers in a well-resourced team.
