Apply in confidence →Leading law firm in Zurich is seeking a partner to join its Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Finance practice. The role will focus on advising on restructurings, insolvency-related matters and distressed finance across Swiss and cross-border matters.
The successful candidate will join an established disputes and restructuring team and work with corporate and financial stakeholders on complex turnaround and financing situations. The firm is open to opportunistic business development and expects the partner to build and lead client relationships in the market.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency or distressed finance
- Strong client origination and relationship management skills
