Senior finance partner opportunity in a major U.S. office focused on banking and capital markets work. The role will lead client relationships, develop business in private credit and lending, and advise on complex transactional matters.

The team handles a broad range of finance matters for institutional and corporate borrowers and lenders. The successful candidate will join an established practice and play a senior role in originating and executing deals, mentoring lawyers, and expanding client coverage.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in banking/finance transactions, including private credit and syndicated lending
• Strong client development and team leadership skills
