Lateral Partner Finance & Banking Washington, D.C.

A partner-level role in the finance & banking practice to be based in the Washington, D.C. office. The hire will lead and grow banking and general finance work, advising lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on a range of commercial lending and credit matters.

The position requires business origination, client relationship management and senior deal leadership across credit transactions and related regulatory issues. The partner will mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with cross-office teams on complex financings.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Experience leading teams on complex commercial lending and credit matters
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain
